 Ackee and Codfish …Jamaica’s National Dish — sautéed with local herbs and tomatoes.
Calaloo and Codfish …fresh calaloo steamed with onions, tomatoes and sweet peppers, mixed with codfish. Served the way you like it!
Steamed or Escoveitched Fish …a Jamaican favourite! Freshly caught fish from the Point of Negril done to your satisfaction.
Pancakes …light and fluffy!
French Toast …hand-dipped in rich egg batter.
 Omelettes …fluffy 2-egg omelettes with your choice of filling: Mushrooms, ham, vegetable, cheese, or a combination.
Eggs …Farm fresh goodness! Your choice: Sunny-side-up, over-easy, or scrambled; served with bacon or ham.
All Breakfasts are served with either boiled or fried dumplings, steamed yam, or boiled potatoes.

 Fried Chicken …tender, moist, seasoned to the bone.
Chef's Special Salad …combination of crisp salad greens served with your choice of dressing.
Boston-style Jerk Chicken …tender chicken marinated in jerk sauce and cooked to your delight!
Country-style Curried Mutton …local goat seasoned with herbs and spices and flavoured with ginger.
 Portland-style Jerk Pork …pork seasoned in a traditional jerk sauce and cooked to your satisfaction.
Escoveitched Fish …freshly caught fish from the shores of Rocky Point, pan-fried and simmered in a rich Escoveitch sauce.
 Country-style Curry Chicken …farm-raised chicken seasoned with country-style curry, and simmered in a rich, savory ginger flavor.
All of the above meals are served with soup or salad, rice and peas, or plain rice.
DINNER
Chef's Special Salad …combination of julienned jerk chicken, ham, and cheese with crisp garden greens, served with your choice of dressing.
Portland-style Jerk Pork …pork seasoned in a traditional jerk sauce and cooked to your satisfaction.
Grilled Lobster …fresh Caribbean spiny lobster grilled

Hot Roast Beef Sandwich …tender, seasoned slices of
prime beef.
 Curried Shrimp …freshly caught Old Harbour shrimp sautéed in local herbs and spices, and flavoured with ginger. Served on a bed of fluffy white rice.
Snapper Run Down (House Speciality) …a delicious whole snapper cooked in coconut juice and flavoured with ripe plantains.
Curried Lobster …freshly caught lobster from the Point of Negril sautéed with garlic and local herbs, simmered in a rich curry sauce.
Lobster Run Down …freshly caught Caribbean lobster simmered in Westie’s special Run Down sauce.
Chicken and Shrimp Combo …fresh sautéed shrimp with tender chicken breast finished in a rich sauce.
Stuffed Chicken Breast …chicken breast stuffed with calaloo and herbs, then pan-fried to a golden brown.
 Garlic Lobster …freshly caught lobster from the coast of Negril, sautéed in garlic and butter, and finished with white wine.
